As a developmental league, we welcome new divers from all age groups! To join the Pinecrest Dive Team, all you need is an interest in the sport, a willingness to jump off the diving board unassisted (the coaches will work with you to learn how to dive), eagerness to learn, and the ability to swim the length of the diving well.

Pinecrest dive team is open to anyone who is a member in good standing at any NVSL pool that doesn’t have a dive team. 

Dive practices are Monday - Friday and dive meets are generally Tuesday nights. Send any dive questions to [email protected].
