Ahoy, me hearties!

It looks like we may encounter a few storm clouds on our voyage to tonight's Pirate Pep Rally. We'll be keeping a close eye on the forecast throughout the day with help from our resident weather captain, Phil Tivel of PT Weather. Here's the game plan so your crew knows what to expect:

⚓ Calm Seas (Pool Deck Open)

If the pool deck remains open, we'll set sail as planned! Dinner will be served under the covered canopy, followed by pirate games and activities on the deck.

⛈️ Rough Seas (Pool Deck Closed Due to Lightning/Thunder)
If lightning closes the pool deck, we'll shift into Tailgate Mode! We'll serve dinner under a canopy in the parking lot (weather permitting) and make the best of the evening together while we wait to see if the skies clear.

🌊 Stormy Seas (Heavy Rain & Frequent Lightning)
If Mother Nature decides to send us another Tuesday-morning-style monsoon, we'll batten down the hatches and make a final decision on the fate of the pep rally by 6:45 PM based on the latest radar and conditions.

If our plans change, we'll send an email with an update as soon as possible.
