The swim season is flying by almost as fast as this morning's Bagel Runners, which means it's almost time for two more Pinecrest favorites- the Parent Relays and 90s Parent Lip Sync! Whether you're ready to hit the stage, jump in the pool (or both!) check out the details below. But first....

Our annual Pancake Breakfast following the Red vs. Blue Meet on Monday is almost here, and we could use your help! We'll be serving breakfast to 100+ swimmers, divers, and coaches, and we can't do it without your generous donations.

🏊 Parent Relays

Immediately following our final home meet against Cardinal Hill on Saturday, July 11, it's time for one of the most entertaining events of the season—the Parent Relays!

We'll be swimming:

• 🏊 Freestyle Relay
• 🏊 Medley Relay

We're hoping to field 3–5 teams for each event!

A few details:

• Each relay leg must be swum by a different parent.
• Teams can be made up of any combination of parents.
• You can sign up for one race or both.
• If you're signing up for the medley relay, please indicate which stroke(s) you're comfortable swimming.
• The 1st and 3rd legs of the medley relay will be shallow dives.

We're also looking to put together an Alumni Team and a Senior Parent Team! If you're an alumni swimmer (or know one) or the parent of a graduating senior, we'd love to have you join in this special tradition.

🎤 Parent Lip Sync- Friday, July 17

Led by our resident superstar, Andy Birch (aka Coach Liam's Dad)! We need lots of enthusiastic performers for this year's 1990s-themed Parent Lip Sync at our final Pep Rally on Friday, July 17th!

This year we'll be performing a 90s hip-hop mash-up, and we're looking for:

• 🎤 Lead performers for several songs
• 🎶 Backup singers and dancers (the more, the merrier!)

No experience necessary—just a willingness to have fun and entertain the crowd!

We'll schedule 1–2 rehearsals at the pool leading up to the performance, and lyrics will be sent to everyone who signs up.
