Thanks to Coach Kevin, we were generously offered lanes to practice at Reston Community Center. There will be OPTIONAL practices as followed:

9-9:30 for 9-12 year olds

9:30-10 for 8&U

10-10:30 for 13&U

Practices will be short and focused on starts and turns and meet preparation. Please come if you can! Stay tuned for a pep rally update, coming later in the day.
